Zakonzervovana zrucanina aj z norskych fondov(2009-2011). Stromy a kriky nie su stale okolo hradu vyrubane. Do veze som sa nedostal.

Dnes som tam bol pozrieť a hrad je čiastočne zrekonštruovaný a aj prístupný a hneď sa tam človek lepšie cíti,Vstupný most je nový,lavičky na sedenie na nádvorí pod vežou.A vyzerá to tak,že čoskoro už ukončia aj opravu veže.Ešte budú opravovať hradby okolo hradu a mohli by vysekať aj stromy pod ním,lebo kedysi na starých fotografiách tam bola vegetácia spásaná ovcami a taraz je tam pod hradom z niektorých strán džungľa,ktorá bráni pekným pohľadom z niektorých strán.

Sivý Kameň nemá s Topolčianskym hradom nič spoločné, sú to úradné názvy 2 rôznych zrúcanín.Doporučujem-Ing Bona:Dejiny a architektúra T.h. ,IN:Topoľčany vo vrstvách vekov a M.Vargic:Topoľčiansky hrad.

Po dvoch rokoch som sem zavítal a bol som milo prekvapený , že vlani sa začala čiastočná obnova z fondov Nórskeho kráľovstva a zo š.r. vďaka občianskemu združeniu "obnova Topoľčianskeho hradu".

Co sa tyka vstupu do veze tak som niekde cital, ze treba ist za starostom od miestnej obce ktory ba mal mat kluc a s nim sa dohodnut. Aspon som to tak cital niekde na nete. Alebo sa spytat nejakeho skauta ktory sa dost casto zdrzuju na hrade a staraju sa on.
